I’ve always loved being in nature and I put a lot of that down to growing up in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I’m a huge fan of mindful walks in nature and love taking the time to identify plants, listen to birdsong and admire the light through the trees.
Horses came into my life as an adult and I now can’t imagine life without them. My biggest equine influence has been our horse, Poppy. She has taught me so much about showing up authentically, building confidence and being present.

I have always had a keen interest in personal development and it was during a period of self-reflection that I came across the training programme to become an Equine Facilitated Coach (EFC), combining my love of horses with my desire to do work which has a positive impact on people.
I studied with Learning to Listen and Sarah Northe on their Association for Coaching (AC) accredited course, Transformational Coaching with Equine Facilitation, in 2024-25, building up over 100 hours of coaching learning, development and practice.
It has been a truly transformational programme and I have seen myself grow and evolve as a result. Having experienced the power of transformational coaching myself, I want to work with clients to help them make brave choices and commit to living a life which truly reflects their values.
We’d be a good fit if:
- You have an appreciation of nature and the messages it can offer us
- You enjoy being outdoors
- You are prepared to take responsibility for your life and the actions you take
- You are open to change
- You are willing to be led by your heart and your intuition
It’s important to note that coaching is not a substitute for mental health support, so you must be in a good place with your mental health before embarking on a coaching journey.
